Resilience Toolkit Practice Group

March 9th 5:30-6:30p PST

This group is for folks who have experienced at least one RT session. I will teach more about how our nervous systems handle stress, especially for those of us with marginalized identities, and we will explore different RT tools and see how they impact your regulation.

Through engaging with the Toolkit, we can slowly learn our own nervous systems more fully. In the format of a monthly practice group, you can build the muscle of tracking your state with greater awareness, and make choices about how to interact with a dysregulating world as a tender human body trying to function in a dehumanizing and disembodied world. Let's learn to harness our body's survival strategies with more agency and presence.

This session will not be recorded. This is a practice of co-regulation and being in shared presence.
